SSI has assembled a team comprised of both small and large businesses to support the broad range of functional area requirements covered by the SeaPort-e contract.
SSI has successfully delivered millions of dollars in services under the Navy’s Seaport-e contract, which is scheduled to expire in February 2019. In January 2019, SSI was awarded a Seaport NxG multiple award contract.
Seaport NxG is the replacement for Seaport-e and has an estimated value of $5 billion. The contract has a five-year base period and an additional five-year ordering period option. The work under Seaport NxG falls into two broad categories – Engineering Support and Program Management Support – with 23 functional areas under one or the other category. Seaport NxG supports both Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable task orders. It is available for use by all Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP) and will be the primary contract vehicle used by NAVSEA.
